Kevin

Kevin has competed both nationally and internationally, having worked with some of the top coaches from around the world.

He has gained extensive knowledge on how to build muscle, increase strength and maximise fat loss.

Kevin works with both competitors and non-competitors, dealing with a wide variety of goals including rehabilitation, weight loss and competing.

Kevin works in conjunction with his wife, Lee, approaching each client, not only just with physical goals, but to assist with overall health and well being.

Lee

Lee is a professional IFBB Pro league Women’s Physique Athlete with multiple national and international titles.

Lee has also competed in powerlifting achieving three South African records.

Having worked with competitors and non-competitors, she has vast experience in dealing with females and males, to help them achieve their goals.

Lee uses a full body approach including gut, mental and overall health, believing that everything is intertwined even if the ultimate goal is aesthetic.
